I’m Pascal Sagna, Master 2 in Private Law and member of the LASPAD project. I’m particularly interested in digital law, and in particular in the issue of cybercontrol of African populations. As a young researcher in the ProDP-Africa research program, I devoted my Master 2 thesis to the following theme: The historical dimension of states and institutions in the control of African populations by technology.
