Overview

When processing personal data, the ANPDP ensures that human dignity and privacy are respected. It is an ” independent administrative authority “. It has legal personality and financial and administrative autonomy. Its head office is in Algiers (commune of Hydra). It has 16 members , including the Chairman, appointed by Presidential Decree No. 22-187 of 18 May 2022.
