Abdoulaye Cissé is a data protection and digital lawyer based in Saint-Louis, Senegal. He holds a Master 2 in private law from the Université Gaston Berger de Saint-Louis, where his dissertation focused on the creation of legal and institutional frameworks for the protection of personal data.

As part of his professional activities, Abdoulaye Cissé is project manager for the ProDP-Africa program, funded by Open Society Foundations and run by the Laboratoire d’Analyse des Sociétés et Pouvoirs Afrique-Diasporas (LASPAD).

Abdoulaye is also interested in cybersecurity and cybersurveillance, having participated in several scientific activities in these fields. His skills in project management, communication and interdisciplinary collaboration make him a key player in the success of the ProDP-Africa program.
