Boubacar Diallo holds a doctorate in private law from the Université de Paris 1 – Panthéon-Sorbonne and the Université Gaston Berger de Saint-Louis, (i) develop legal frameworks for business and digital technologies in Africa (AU, OHADA, UEMOA, CEMAC and several French-speaking African states: Senegal, Gabon, Mali, Togo, Congo, in particular), (ii) support African managers in their professional and personal development, (iii) improve corporate governance and compliance (iv) as well as developing technological platforms and tools for training and consultancy (v).
A former lecturer at the Université Gaston Berger de Saint-Louis, he is now a partner and director of Carapaces, Stratégies & Conformités, and an independent director of companies in the finance, technology and real estate sectors.
