My name is Ghislaine Emma Dioh, and I hold a Master 2 in political science, specializing in international relations, from the Université Gaston Berger de Saint-Louis. My current research focuses on the protection of personal data in Africa and its link with the digital economy. As part of the ProDP-Africa research program, I recently defended my Master 2 dissertation on the theme of “The digital economy and personal data protection in Africa”.
