He holds the Certificat d&#8217;Aptitude \u00e0 la Profession d&#8217;Avocat (CAPA). Pr. NIANE is Permanent Secretary of Senegal&#8217;s Data Protection Commission (CDP). He was its Director of Legal Affairs, Litigation and Compliance from November 2016 to March 2020.<br\/>Pr. NIANE was involved in drafting legislation on the Information Society in Senegal. More recently, he coordinated the reform of the legislative and regulatory framework for personal data protection in Senegal.
