BASSENE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNothing is impossible with a valiant heart\u201d.<br\/>I&#8217;m a young researcher at LASPAD with a bachelor&#8217;s degree in territorial public communication and sustainable development, and a master&#8217;s degree in political science from Gaston Berger University in Saint Louis. As a digital enthusiast, it&#8217;s with a big heart that I&#8217;m working on the Pro DP AFRICA project.
